Spendesk, a French fintech unicorn, provides spend management solutions for the Europe (EEA), UK and US markets. Spendesk engaged Netguru to build its internal banking system for handling SEPA incoming and outgoing payments from concept to completion. Netguru provided Spendesk with a self-sufficient team of experts who worked in parallel with its teams. Netguru delivered a working service for handling SEPA incoming and outgoing payments. Spendesk successfully completed the BPCE PS certification process. As a result of the cooperation the client now has a fully-licensed service that meets the challenge of increasing operational efficiency and reducing bank partner dependency.
Netguru partnered with Zeller, Australia’s fintech unicorn, on product development to deliver new payment, account, and card solutions for businesses. Services provided: product design, web and mobile development. As our partnership with Zeller was founded in the early days of the company, Netguru’s scalable resourcing and expert teams enabled it to deliver a fast complement to Zeller's own Product and Engineering teams as they scaled up. Zeller’s initial 12-month launch timeline meant that Netguru’s team were called upon to scale up, understand the business, and work quickly in order to meet critical deadlines. Netguru is proud to be a partner of Zeller’s, with their team benefitting from a stable pool of dedicated resources and expertise in line with their requirements.
UBS wanted to create interactive demos of the bank’s applications so they could demonstrate how they work to potential clients. Netguru provided frontend and UI services to create demo versions of UBS’s apps, including its personal banking, wealth management, and business banking apps. Results: The client received working products and uses them actively. All technology and performance requirements were achieved. The client received a team of experts ready to take care of daily challenges and tasks. The client actively uses the demos to showcase their apps to potential clients and train their advisors.
OLX Motors Europe needed a partner offering product design services and team extension to support them in designing products. The main value of the cooperation was exploration and evaluation of ideas. Netguru was responsible for product discovery, prototyping, validation, go to market strategy, iterations, and market monitoring. We supported the client in estimating the business value and ROI of the products we were responsible for providing and participated in implementing best practices into OLX Motors' Europe product design process. Results: The client received a flexible team of product design consultants and hands-on experts who supplemented their internal team, delivering successful products Netguru work contributed to such client’s goals as for example increasing conversions, increasing the number of sales leads, increasing lead generation
DAMAC has been operating in the real estate market since 2002, delivering residential, commercial, and leisure properties across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and the United Kingdom. A major factor that distinguishes DAMAC from other developers, is its ethos of supporting its agents. As a keen adopter of modern technology, the company developed an idea for an app in which all of the information the agents needed, is available at their fingertips. The team at Netguru has been instrumental in helping DAMAC to produce a comprehensive digital product that delivers a range of features. Agents are now able to effortlessly browse through the latest offers, check all relevant property details including the size, location, and specifications amongst other additional features.
Netguru worked with the COSMO Group, a global cosmetics company, to build a virtual try-on app for manicures. The app allows users to test a wide range of nail colors, shapes, and decorations in real-time. The challenge was to provide a natural and lifelike 3D effect of colored nails in real-time. The lifelike color transfer experience was made possible using augmented reality, computer vision algorithms, and machine learning models. Our role was to bring this idea to life by consulting and developing the app from scratch. The client was provided with services across the whole software development lifecycle including project management, user research, product design, development (machine learning and mobile), quality assurance.
Careem, the Dubai-based ride-hailing giant turned super-app superstar, was looking for a design team to support it in developing new services and refining its Careem Pay solution in response to ongoing user feedback. Thanks to our practical knowledge of the fintech market and years of experience building successful mobile apps, Netguru was able to provide Careem with expert consultancy and product design services alongside top-notch design talent. The final design proposal addressed the needs of the client, its stakeholders, and the app’s users and resulted in: - Developing scalable main screens of the app. - Creating the entire Wallet experience. - Improving the design and accessibility of specific features. - Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a new design system.
